Prospectives

This is our Behance post showing our passion project, ideation, and process. We decided to do a vintage black and white polaroid camera with a colorful ink in water design in vibrant colors coming out of it.

After going and finding some inspiration online, we narrowed my project down to a couple ideas. We started out with 5 sketches to start the creative process. We came up with these designs:

We had an easy time with the ideation process, we had a very good idea of what I wanted and the designs were flowing to me. We came to the conclusion that we wanted to incorporate the a contract between light and dark. We believe these designs gave me a great idea of what I wanted my final to be.
The digital process did not come easy at first. We had lots of trouble trying to make our color contrasts and combining all the layers. After we figured out all these minor problems, we had different people critique our project to create the best final project possible.
In our final project we tried to incorporate everything we wanted to make our passion project a work of art. One thing we did was get rid of the shadows because it didn't quite look retro. I really like some changes I created to make this final. We really liked the contrast between the colors and how indie the project was. The color scheme, I believe, flowed really well and this project was a success!
